Tribe in the MLB:June

Posted by thetribehasspoken on July 1, 2006

Chris Ray:His June stats have been nothing to write home about, but he still collected 6 saves. The bad news? He also blew a save, got 2 losses, has a 5.06 ERA, and given up 4 homers in 10.2 innings. Hopefully he’ll turn it around and have a better July. On pace for 41 saves.

Bill Bray:When he gots scored on, he gets shelled, but past a few outings he has been solid in middle relief for the Nats. He has been scored on in only 3 of his 13 outings, but gave up 10 runs in those 3 and has an ERA close to 6. When I saw him, he shut down the O’s and made me wonder how his ERA was so high, but hopefully he can settle down and be with the big club for good.

Brendan Harris:Got sent down to AAA New Orleans in the middle of the month. He did have 24 AB’s in June and had a .292 batting average. His .745 OPS is also solid for a middle infielder.
